Document 72 Hours - Season 10 Episode 27 Kumamoto/Aso: A once-in-a-decade motorcycle photo shoot
8.70 30 minutes At the end of August, more than 2,000 motorcycle enthusiasts gathered at Kusasenri in Kumamoto/Aso. The purpose of the event was not racing or socializing, but to “create a photo album.” Volunteer staff photographed riders and their beloved motorcycles from all over Japan. The event is held once every ten years. It was started by a single photographer in 1979, and this year marks the fifth time it has been held. Employment, marriage, illness... Holding the photo album from ten years ago, they reflect on the stories of the past decade.
