In the meanwhile, DN Reddy plots to kill Pratap in the police station. However, Ranga Rao, a communist party leader who contests against DN Reddy, rescues Pratap and gets him out on bail. Ranga Rao also announces Pratap as the union leader of the mining factory. With Pratap on his side, Ranga Rao goes all in to protest against DN Reddy. Finally, Pratap kills Venkat Subbaiah after realising the truth that he slept with Saroja
