6.40 43 minutes Magically floating host Jesse Palmer invites the five bakers to create a "floating island dessert" using their chosen tropical fruit as the star ingredient. This light and airy dessert must be encased in a delicate, shimmering caramel net that appears to float effortlessly above the plate, showcasing both their pastry skills and imagination. Then, the competitors use concoctions from the Little Shop's Magical Elixir Bar to make an ice cream-filled cake bombe that's decorated to glow in the dark. Judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller decide whose creation is the most magical and delicious.
