He travels to Brussels to negotiate the distribution of European emergency aid. The plan that his Belgian colleague Verbeke presents is completely wrong with him. The pressure on the coalition, and on Kreuger, is increasing. Meanwhile, Marion can barely cope with the uncertainty about the well-being of husband and daughter.
