8.00 30 minutes When a music contest comes up Flex and Duane decide to have a reunion with their highschool band ""Midnight Gold"", but during rehearsal Duane turns out to have an incredible singing voice and the band wants him as leader instead of Flex but will he remain in Flex shadow forever or will he finally stand up to Flex and make something out of himself? Meanwhile when Tiffany gets a broken ankle she tricks Breanna into being the coach of the cheerleaders for revenge, but in the end Breanna's efforts on the team helps them win a cheerleading trophee award which Tiffany decides to take credit for.
