10.00 45 minutes Starting in Bocas del Toro, they make a stop-off at The Lost & Found hostel before heading to Portobelo to catch their boat.
For the next 5 days they sail through the Caribbean paradise of the San Blas Islands. Arriving in Colombia they gather up a group of friends to do the 5 day trek to Ciudad Perdida (The Lost City) in the jungles of Sierra Nevada.
