6.20 60 minutes Von is dismayed when an autopsy reveals her possibly culpability in the death of a patient. Charlotte and Vincent, meanwhile, are confronting some personal and professional mistakes of their own. ---------- (extended summary) Von has been coming down to ICU to see Vera for the last few months.
