However, only their supervisor decides who will ride on it and he'll base his decision on their skills. While Shiraishi fails to make the right decision on the actual scene, Aizawa can handle the situation. Meanwhile, Hiyama and Fujikawa have to realize that the "normal" work in the hospital is tough and emotionally challenging as well.
