Meanwhile, English receives a letter that informs him that he is the last remaining member of his butler class yet to have lost his virginity. Evans and the gang go to North Korea under the pretense of attending a premiere of ""Popeye,"" which just so happens to be Kim Jong Il's favorite movie. There, English is smitten with the popular North Korean actress, Soon Ye. He tells Tollie that she will be his first conquest.
