After finding an image of the culprit online, the Detective Boys confront the kidnappers, and have them convicted them based on Ayumi's earprint found on the real rug. Conan has Agasa's video erased, due to Haibara's appearance on it. Elsewhere, Masumi assists in deleting the same videos.
