3.00 40 minutes TV on the outskirts of the city is a 9-part Hungarian comedy series made in 1998, TV2 's first in-house production. Directed by Miklós Szurdi, István Kolos, Iván Vas-Zoltán. The series focuses on a district television station, KB TV. The series was continued by Channel 7 in 1999.
